Sometimes I see jobs posted asking for as little as 0,03 $ per word for a medium size translation. Is there anyway to control that? I find it insulting and degrading. It would be nice to add an option for the job posters and define a decent minimum wage.

If there's a Blue Board for companies, companies should have a Outsourcer Blue Board as well. There are hundreds of unprofessional or bad translators over there and the companies should have a way to see how a freelancer works according to others. The WWA is not a good solution because many companies never answer to those requests or the PM's have no right to write WWA's or to access to their company Proz profile.

I find the current system not flexible. Could it be possible to have a more flexible and precise advance search function? (selecting directly and only one field to narrow researches.)

I am a professional translator, use website features on a daily basis, but cannot go premium, even though I would love to! In many countrie paypal doesn't work, other payment systems are not much efficient. (all the complaints can be found in forum threads). Why don't you add more payment options? Currently you can only search the Kudoz databases for terms of at least 3 characters. Since it is possible to submit entries to the glossary that contain fewer than 3 characters, this means that these entries are unsearchable.

Right now if you look for an expression in Kudoz (more than one word) you cannot find it because they are not ordered alphabetically. I suggest, if feasible, to have them ordered alphabetically.

References involve research and are often significant in clarifying terms, yet they seem to be unrewarded. If brownies are awarded for agreeing/disagreeing, brownies should also be awarded for posting references.

The new tool for sending invoices is great. I think that if you add the possibility to process payments, an escrow system and a Paypal Debit Card (you can make a partnership with Payoneer, such as Freelancer.com, Elance or similar sites), you would get much more members (for instance, I would paid for the membership).

"Description" winds up being a big mish-mash of information: PO number, file name, delivery date, type of work, language combo, and so on. I'd like to be able to break that down into separate fields to make it easier to read, and easier for me to remember to include all relevant information.

It would be helpful to be able to set a standard piece of text to appear when bidding. This text would mean we wouldn't have to repeat the basics like price and our weblinks etc. It would make bidding for a job from my Iphone much easier.
